Mods - any BRF meet on the sidelines ? Do we have a stall for ourselves ? Like we had at AI, many moons ago.

I guess its the same procedure when visiting any restricted area. Bring your Govt. IDs, no bags/food/water bottles, no phones etc. What I am concerned about, is the exact location where these ships are berthed & how to reach there ? I have been to the port only once & that too, only to the c...

I thought it was a much better broadcast from DD. The cameras tracked the vehicle well during lift off and initial phase of flight, without losing sight of the vehicle as happened during some earlier launch coverage's. Also the resolution of the video seemed to be better (HD?). Yep. The camera trac...

The first 2 challenges are rudimentary; solutions for these have already been developed by other nations/aviation conglomerates.

Good effort. But did his team actually manufacture the parts or is their role limited to just assembling the a/c ? LG & props seem to be off-the-shelf. There's no mention anywhere, of the type of powerplant being used. The fuselage shape looks a bit odd, especially the mainplane roots. Overall, ...

Yes, infact such a concept was indeed put into practice. The system was called NOTAR . I guess McDonnell Douglas played around with this concept in the late 80's or early 90's & I think they were quite successful with it. I had seen the civilian versions of it more than a decade ago, not sure if...

The fuel tank is located under the cabin floor but the fuel dump system is not prominently visible from outside. The protruding pipe that you see, is part of the drainage system, connected to the cabin floor to ensure it remains clean, all the time (I'm now 400% sure).

(2) It is the HF antenna.
