Could you explain, please... You can't do Air to Ground role from low altitude when the wheels are down and the plane thinks its going to land. The lob toss is a manouver that was practiced or developed so a fighter plane, flying in low to a target area, avoids the effects/damage from a nuke going ...

What is the only logical way out of this from a TSPA standpoint?
Somehow get India to join the party and retailate. It would be best if India does what it has been doing since 1971 and take preventative action ONLY.
