I see no reason for that big old Ru radar and that round tower thing atop superstructure, a navigation radar, indo-israeli ESM kit and a large Alenia 3D search radar is all we need up there. the Kashtans are self-contained in sensors. plus advanced rocket boosted radar and IR decoys.
