For those voting unlikely did any of you expect 2020 Galwan or 2021 Tawang? It has been a long four year warm LAC. If it's unlikely why we see the large deployment along the LAC? We should expect its a given, as - Both are rising powers and - The dynamics from China point of view are different wrt I...

Congress has implemented Muslim reservations in the OBC quota in Karnataka and Telangana. TMC Jihadidi has implemented Muslim reservations in OBC quoat s...

The timing question. Please vote. The question might look simple but the answer requires knowledge of diverse subjects: Geopolitics, internal politics of China, India, US, and Russia. Add weather. Relative power of China and India. How much can be brought to bear for the aggression? Tactical vs stra...

65k tonne carrier was a pipe dream sold to IN by USN-trained folks.
India has the design for a 45K tonne carrier and will build one more.
The lifts need to be enlarged.
Meanwhile, the 65k tonne carrier design will be completed.

One lesson from Russian conversion.of dumb bombs.

India should look at similar solution for the large number of 1000 lb bombs with IAF.

Sudarshan was not very good solution.
DRDO has the GPS chips and MING that can be used.
Besides 1000 lb are inexpensive to make.

Remember I had estimated M777 barrel life around 1100 rounds?

BAE was adamant that IA testing caused the barrel to burst when it was barrel erosion.

IA needs to ensure enough barrels before deploying.

Fastrack the 155mm 39 caliber barrel mfg.

I wish DRDO and the truck manufactures make an armored cabin which is plug in replaceable. All that glass is bullet friendly.

Makes two types of cabin : one for Ashok Leyland and another for Tata trucks.
All should have armor to resist small arms fire and a roof mounting for an MG.
