Re: Indian Space Program Discussion

It looks like only one of the three strapons was ignited before the core Stage-1 started. the fourth strap on might have ignited too but it was no visible. Makes sense since the total payload is not that large. Any other thoughts?

I noticed that there is a Kingfisher aircraft in the background with three engines at the end. Is it a Boeing 727? Just wondering if they are really operating a 727 currently or is it a different one?

Re: Su-30: News and Discussion

Last time round the pilot inadvertently switched off the FBW controls.
What is the purpose of this switching in the first instance and under what circumstances the aircraft is expected to be piloted with switch in off position?

Re: LIBYA : No fly zone/air war thread

Looking at the way the Libyan air defences were neutralized, wondering how resistant Indian defences are against such an onslaught? How potent are the Chinese assets to instill similar impact on us? ALso, what would be the posture India should take if such situation is iminent?

Re: LCA news and discussion

I have read enough of this garbage on BRF farting regularly on this forum Chill down Karthik! You do not have to take the high seat of calling someones comments as garbage and 'XXXXing'. The point here is that can we push the IOC and FOC dates with an expectation that LCA initally runs on Ge 404? I...
