I would not call the color as Khaki and as my vocab of colors is limited do not know what to term it either; better example of khaki are the trousers of the TFTA mards of SSG in one of the pics above.
Yes, the formation HQ actually comes out with circular authorizing the winter uniform for a period.

If it is the color of the unifrom you're talking about, its the winter uniform of the IA: Olive green trousers (the usual color), while the color of the shirt is what you see (and worn full sleeves).

The ATGM order was for equipping the Infantry battalions. As for the armored carrier ones, are we talking about replacing the ATGMs fired by the BMP-1 or BMP-2 IFVs? Apart from these, we do not have any other armored platform for carrying and firing the ATGMs.

The excercise is taking place in Belgaum, home to the Commando Training Wing. The Commando Dagger badge is the one worn by Instructors in this institution who themselves would have got 'Instructors Grade' during their commando training.

The other fellow has only the NSG badge. Is not Para qualified.
