Dont agree, we should not get involved, let Mushy get his due. This put parnonia in every President and Army chief is what comes after and he will do a Khmer rouge type of cleansing of anyone who could be a future threat to him.

I dont know what people expect. the present dispention was liked by the Pakistanis and the powers that be, hence the the show of Hafiz Saeed being arrested. Once the elections were over and the Pakistanis had a favourable government in power they have backtracked.

Austin, as per the report the Arihant will carry 12 K-15 SSBMs, so that settles it whether ATV will be a boomer, looks like the plan is that the ATV will be the Boomers and the Akulas will be the attack subs giving protection.

I belibve that Hell fire is laser guided and not fire and forget and besides any airlaunched missile gets a slight advantage in range beacause of A) if the platform is moving it gets a bit of momemtum, or launched from a 100 feet or so it does have to fight gravity just to get out of the launcher.

The CHinese report seems a bit unbelivable to me, an SU-30 MKI going as far as Chengdu region, thats way too deep in peacetime for a miltary aircraft to intrude.
