If I am not mistaken, Hyderabad has become something of an origination point for many terrorist attacks all over India. I think KV may be onto something here. Its the same reason that Kolkata is unlikely to ever be targetted by jihadists. I suspect too many HUJI safehouses and contacts reside there...
