IIRC, the contract for the Rafales was a one-time only deal with no options clause included. Hmm. IIRC actually there was an option clause for another 36 in the original. Yes, all F3 Rafales have the RBE2 AESA as standard. The current 30 Rafales for the Egyptian order are to be F3-R standard apparently.
