Re: India nuclear news and discussion - 1 sep 2008
Media campaign has been accelerated for the gullible aam aadami. Rediff message board has been shut down to prevent the be-pardaisation of MMS govt. India should walk away from this deal or test asap (preferably before the deal passes through cartel). That way the NSG draft is through and we have te...

Re: India nuclear news and discussion - 1 sep 2008
Narayanan: A strategic reserve is a theoretical insurance policy but MMS has not been able to make it de-jure, even though he has language in both 123 and IAEA for that. If the de-jure part stays this way, and USA and other countries are allowed legally to demand a return of the fresh fuel supplied...

Let me also attempt in becoming Jyotishi. NSG will pass this waiver with some terrible but softly worded amendments. Kangress will shout victory (Telling lies is old habit and they die hard). Aam aadmi will hear shouts of Bijili coming (curtsey elections and Kangress). World (US, china, and company)...

Re: Is it too early to end Jaguar Production line??
Sell it to african nations. My layman's approach would involve using old bomber aircrafts (like jags) in naval role. (If airforce is unhappy with the planes). If Airforce wants to retire these planes navy could have them easily.

Shiv, There you are. Hitting nail right at head. I fully agree with your logic. However the problem is with the male supremacists (MS) and women rights activists (WRA). While MS never fail to stress the physical strength to ridicule anyone who supports the equality for women, WRA paint everyone who ...

I guess the need of hour is an agency of professionals who can tell the tale of Indian Soldiers. Just compare the following documentary for a VC winner http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LufdzZIPPHQ with what has been our narrations. The difference is unbelivable. What can be done to make similar (or be...

I suspect most people who comment on 123 have not actually read it, and many who read it will not understand it. Infact most of the commies (I am sure) donot understand what is uranium/thorium. Understanding the deal is far above abilities of majority of b***y politicians. However this does not pre...
