Here is a BENIS dhaaga worthy news. So TuQ has ordered his faithful to write "Go nawaz Go" on currency notes and use it to buy things.

http://www.dailytimes.com.pk/national/1 ... y-campaign
Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Tahirul Qadri on Sunday whipped up his anti-government movement by directing his supporters to write “Go-Nawaz-Go” slogan on currency notes.
And the faithful started doing just that. Not to be outdone, foreign faithfuls started writing in foreign currency notes. To show they live abroad and that they are rich. Here it is in New Zealand

Image

Not to be outdone, Massa Pakis started doing it too. But this abdul is clever. He hates Nawaz but loves his dollar more. So cleverly kept the dollar under a glass table top and wrote on the table top.

Image

Some other Pakis took it to ridiculous extremes.

Image

So there you go :)

Bakistan - Mission Accomplished
Jernail Asim Bajwa of TSPA's ISPR has made a GWB like announcement of 'Mission Accomplished'. (Unfortunately, there was no aircraft carrier to make the announcement. Attempt to commandeer one in Karachi failed!)
Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Major General Asim Bajwa on Monday said that due to Operation Zarb-i-Azb , the Taliban capacity to carry out terrorist attacks have been neutralised.
Will the TTP disappoint or be true to their jihad?

The best stranglehold is economic. To let that stranglehold develop, one requires patience and long term vision, not reflexive chest thumping. Next step, allow them access to our markets. You gotta give them free crack before you can turn them into crack whores.

TTP Punjab has decided to only attack Afghanistan, most likely the Haqqanis and his terrorists were shifted to safe houses before the beginning of operation whatever, and the bad talibans have probably ran off to Afghanistan.

AFAIK we are acting as middle men in this arrangement where in we import Gulf LNG, re-gasify it and sell it to pak via a pipeline.

From NightWatch for the night of Sep 15, 2014
Pakistan-Al-Qaida: Update. The attack on the Pakistani frigate on 6 September has taken a new twist. The leader of the new South Asian branch of al-Qaida posted a statement to the web that claimed the attackers intended to attack a US aircraft carrier by firing missiles from the Pakistan Navy ship that they boarded. A US aircraft carrier was in the area at the time.

The web posting also claimed that Pakistan Navy insiders aided and abetted the plan and the execution of the attack.

Comment: The Pakistanis killed three and captured seven attackers. The new information, in some senses, makes the lapse of security even worse, because the attack team was so inept.

The fact that and the extent to which the Pakistan Navy contains al-Qaida sympathizers should be a serious concern for the US and Allied ships that call at Karachi. The other significant point is the ambition of this new al-Qaida group in trying to find a way to attack and aircraft carrier.

The plan to attack a US naval ship by firing anti-ship missiles from a Pakistan Navy ship is innovative. A better trained attack team might have succeeded in firing a missile.{As the IRA said to Thatcher after an attempt where she escaped,"one successful attempt is enough for us whereas you have to escape every time" or words to that effect}

Punjabi Taliban: The chief of the Taliban fighters in Punjab Province announced his group was abandoning its "armed struggle." Ismatullah Muawiya said that after consulting other Muslim leaders, his group would now limit its use of force to "infidel forces" and would focus on promoting Sharia. He accompanied the announcement with a declaration of the group's patriotism and an expression of its desire to defend Pakistan from "outside threats".

Muawiya also said the Punjabi Taliban would continue to operate in Afghanistan, but would focus on preaching. He called on other Taliban factions to abandon their insurgencies in Pakistan. He called on the government to compensate those affected by its offensive in Waziristan and other tribal agencies and to rehabilitate them with "honor and dignity". "Peace is the need of the hour to foil conspiracies against Pakistan and its people," he said.

Comment:
This faction of the Taliban has attacked government installations infrequently in the past six years, but with significant success. Its emergence in Punjab Province proved that the Taliban were not just a Pashtun tribal phenomenon and had appeal among Punjabis in eastern Pakistan. More on this story as details emerge.{That's correct. We have to wait for more details as it is sketchy now}

Police sent to arrest Imran Khan but called back
Slumbad pulis mimic their fauj biraderan by claiming victory in retreat. They would have arrested Dimran, but for the PM Nawaz Sharif who withdrew them.

Meanwhile, the Gujranwala courts seemed to have grown a pair in trying to contain the container man:
Anti-Terrorism Court No 2 judge Ittefaq Abbasi on Monday issued non-bailable arrest warrants for PAT chief Dr Tahirul Qadri and 71 others and ordered police to produce them in court on Sept 22.
Will they succeed? I think not:
Police told the court Dr Qadri was in Islamabad where his guards had cordoned off the container he was living in and his arrest was not possible. Police said his arrest could aggravate the law and order situation. :rotfl:

Previously, the court had issued their arrest warrants on Aug 23, Sept 1, Sept 8 and Sept 15.

Guess what happens when a cricketer in Pakistan is barred from playing international tournaments for his illegal bowling actions? He gets a double promotion at work!!

Saeed "Chakka Khan" Ajmal gets double promotion at ZTBL
Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) on Monday announced a two-step promotion for beleaguered off-spin maestro Saeed Ajmal
promoted as senior vice-president
the bank, in recognition of his services for the country, has promoted him as senior vice-president
Regarding Ajmal as an asset for Pakistan cricket, the spokesman said that at this critical time when the player was facing the ICC ban the bank decision on the bowler’s promotion would boost his morale.
Yes. Boost his morale but not his morals. I wonder what illegal act he would need to do to become the chairman of the bank. Only in Tabahistan.

At least, a f(r)action of the 'bad Taliban' or 'rogue non-state actors' has become 'good Taliban' or 'regular non-state actors'. Again, I feel something is not all right. We shall wait. FDI falls by 37pc in July-Aug.
Foreign direct investment in the first two months of this fiscal year fell by 37 per cent, the State Bank reported on Monday, to $87 million from $138m during the same period of last year.
Wonder why.
law and order and a host of other factors are scaring investors away
recent postponement of Chinese president’s visit to Pakistan aggravated the perception
FDI did not pick up primarily because of the wave of terrorism across the country
now floods have stifled the hope of a rise in foreign investments
So, its the Chinese, afghans, Indians and other foreigners to blame for the fall in FDI.

KrishnaK Ji :

Sir Ji, before and Pipe Lines and other Infrastructure are surveyed or constructed – due to Pakistan’s inability to pay for building the Crapistani Portion of the Iran-Pak Pipeline – India needs the following :

1. The Cost for surveying the Land Pipe Line Route to Wagah Border.

2. Then, the cost of the entire Project from the Re-gasification Plant at the Port Terminal

3. A deposit for Six Months Supply

4. An Irrevocable Bank Guarantee from a Prime New York or London Bank for the payments every Three Months in advance for the Gas supply for the full period of the Contract.

5. Any other Guarantees required by the GAIL Bankers or Insurance Underwriters especially "the remedy" needed in case the Carapistanis do not honour the FULL CONTRACT

People may not appreciate but there is a VERY REAL CHANCE that at end of the day – after the Pipe Lines and Infrastructure have been fully constructed – Crapistan will either renege on the contract or ask for a “re-negotiation” of the cost of supply per MMBTU.

Any other safeguards that you and other Forumites can think of!

Court Orders Second Murder Case Against Nawaz & Shahbaz - DT
Islamabad district and sessions judge on Monday accepted Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT)’s petition and ordered police to register an FIR against Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and his cabinet ministers on the charges of killing of PAT workers on August 31, when clashes broke out down between protesters and police in Islamabad’s Red Zone.

District & Sessions Judge Raja Jawad Abbasi ordered the capital police to register the FIR against PM Nawaz, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Minister of Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique and Islamabad Inspector General of Police Khalid Khattak. During case proceedings, Secretariat Police submitted a report before court, stating that PAT protesters planned to occupy sensitive buildings in the Red Zone, adding that SSP Operations Asmatullah Junejo was badly injured in protesters attack. Defence lawyer Chaudhry Abdul Aziz stated that the administration did not issue a no-objection certificate (NOC) for entrance in the Red Zone.
Pakistanis lack a sense of balance.

Either that or a lamp-post is being doubly ensured for Nawaz and his brother.

Or, both.

Stanis are comparing Imran's (almost) failed venture to the ancient failure by Pakistani-minded elements in the then pre-independence Jamat Hind, when pious mujahids were kicked out of Afghanistan for showing up in numbers with their miskeen faces.

thus the saga of tehreek-e-hijrat that left a genetic imprint on the ancestors of the stanis on what would happen if they rebel ... & this keeps revisiting them at regular intervals.
An offshoot of the same Khilafat movement was what is called Tehreek-e-Hijrat. Although Thanvi chooses to blame the Congress for it, fact is that it was the Deobandi maulvis belonging to Jamiat-ul Ulema-e-Hind (JUH) who, in their infinite wisdom, declared the subcontinent unfit for Muslims to live. They issued a religious fatwa for the shurafa Muslims, who could not undertake jihad against the British government for obvious reasons, to migrate to Afghanistan. The fatwa was obviously not directed at the vast majority of South Asian Muslims who were converts from lower castes and had no reason to feel any historical, ancestral or strategic affiliation with Afghanistan. Perhaps we could discern in this fantastic fatwa of the modern followers of Shah Waliullah an early version of what we today know as ‘strategic depth’, according to which it is presumed that the poor Afghans have a duty to let their land be used to enable ‘us’ to realise our regional, international, Pan-Islamic or whatever dream. Thousands upon thousands of starry-eyed Muslims sold their property and crossed the northwestern border into Afghanistan. The Afghans and their King Amanullah Khan, who could have no truck with the peculiar worldview of the Indian maulvis, felt that their country was unable to host so many uninvited guests, and so the borders were sealed to stop further migration. Those who had already landed there met a tragic fate, many of them even losing their lives.

When commenting on the ideas of Hijrat and quitting government jobs in his Malfoozat, Thanvis does not challenge the religious interpretation which provided the basis of the JUH fatwa. Curiously enough, he avoids even mentioning it. Instead he blames some ‘resolution’ (probably a Congress resolution) for it. He writes: “In the times of the Khilafat movement, a resolution was passed for Hijrat. Muslims stood up saying labbaik to it. Thousands of Muslims were made homeless as a result. Everyone knows its effect on the community (zaat) of Muslims. Then it was advised that they should quit government jobs. Those who had lost their minds (‘jin ki matain mari gayi theen’) left their jobs. The vacancies created by Muslims leaving their jobs were filled by Hindus. Many of them have still not found employment (‘ab tak jootian chatkhate phirte hain’). I receive letters in which people write that they had taken that stupid step then, and till now they are jobless and worried.”

At end of the day all that the foot soldiers need is an evil enemy of Islom to fight against. They can always be sold the theory that non-state actors taking the fight to their east to evil yindoos to establish a caliphate in Kashmir is the best way of accomplishing their objectives. One can find many quotes from Arrah and / or his Pro-pet who advise their followers to do any kind of compromise as long as it eventually benefit Islum. Note the well orchestrated PR by Zawahiri in forming Sub-continent AQ. Foot soldiers can be sold the theory that lets fight the bigger evil first with co-operation and guidance from increasingly greener TSPA. Once a caliphate is formed in the North as Zawahiri dreams, then they can take on their lesser green alliance partners in Pukiland.

India-Japan proliferation: delinquency or a crime?
Garib Pakistan ka Baccha, Na Salwar,Na Hai Kaccha, Bechara Nikla Aqal Ka bhi Kaccha.
The ongoing India-Japan negotiations on a civil nuclear agreement were the hallmark of Indian Premier Modi’s recent visit to Japan. Modi could not achieve the breakthrough on the much sought after civil nuclear deal. There are issues in the prospective Japan-India Nuclear Cooperation Agreement that can have multiple, deplorable implications. India possesses nuclear weapons and has tested these several times. It is not a signatory of the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty (NPT). If nonproliferation norms and Japanese traditional championing of these were to be followed, Tokyo cannot enter into nuclear trade with New Delhi.Nuclear technology is the key to Japan’s energy sector and affects its industrial output. Overblown safety fears after the Fukushima nuclear power plant accident in 2011 affected the public’s sentiment against nuclear energy but the economic realities have changed the government’s and public’s behaviour. Japan is one of the major traders of nuclear technology for peaceful purposes and a member of the Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG) that was founded in 1975 after India tested a nuclear weapons device using fissile material diverted from fuel provided for nuclear power generation.
India claims to have a huge energy deficit and not having enough uranium to fuel its existing and upcoming nuclear power plants that will add millions of volts to its impoverished energy mix. New Delhi boasts a fat purse and exerts sufficient political influence to woo some nuclear supplier states in foregoing their domestic and international nonproliferation commitments to trade with India. That is why the US arm-twisted the members of the NSG in giving India an exceptional waiver to trade with that country. Japan was also part of that Faustian bargain but Tokyo could not be charmed into becoming the 12th capital with which India could trade in nuclear materials. Giving a NSG waiver was delinquency but nuclear trading or allowing New Delhi to become a member of the group would be a crime. That is perhaps why Japan has demurred from signing a nuclear deal with India.
For its own sake, Japan is gearing up to start a massive nuclear fuel reprocessing plant that can produce nine tonnes of weapons usable plutonium annually, enough for 2,000 atomic bombs! This is in spite of the fact that 150,000 of its people remain homeless and that the nuclear disaster has cost almost $ 100 billion.
Japan is a rational state and has reverted to nuclear energy because it is considered a safe and inexhaustible source of energy and a panacea against its dependence on hydrocarbon imports from the Middle East and elsewhere. The South China Sea is gradually becoming a powder keg due to US and Chinese competition, forcing Japan to hedge its bets on safer energy production alternatives to fossil fuels.Another hold up in the nuclear deal has been India’s refusal to accept limited liability for commercial operators who supply equipment. The Indian Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage Act of 2010 is only acceptable to states where their governments provide a financial cushion to the nuclear industry in taking the huge liability enforced by India. The prospective Japan-India Nuclear Cooperation Agreement would be a de facto legitimisation of India’s nuclear weapons status. Every gram of nuclear fuel that India would import from Japan would allow its indigenous uranium to be used for nuclear weapons production. If Japan enters a deal with India it joins a dozen others in effectively participating in New Delhi’s burgeoning nuclear weapons production.India has invested heavily in nuclear technology for prestige and power. In his recent book The Power of Promise: Examining Nuclear Energy in India, Ramana explains how India’s department of atomic energy first acquired its present political clout, and how the Atomic Energy Commission, which reports directly to the prime minister, achieved its immunity to public scrutiny despite repeated failures to meet India’s nuclear energy needs. This domestic dynamic complements Indian global power ambition and some states happily let this happen for their short-term economic and geopolitical interests. It is just a matter of time that Faust will do what he is best at: having bought souls, he will ultimately challenge his hosts.

Well Rehman Malik has to show his Pakistaniyat....
Later, as the video began to go viral, Malik on his verified twitter account explained himself. Insisting that the flight was not delayed because of him and that he too had to suffer, the senator said he was told in the evening that the flight had been delayed and would depart at 8:30pm.

Have I heard something similar before ...? 'Pakistan too is a victim of terrorism'.
The flt was announced to be delayed at 6pm till 830.i suffered equally.i reached at 835.it is wrongly thought that delay was b/c of me
How can a true Bakistani ever take responsibility for his actions? It is always someone else's fault.

An enlightening breeze of modernity needs to blow through those pockets of England that remain forever Pakistan.
If working-class British Pakistanis had been better represented in the groups that failed them — the political class, the police, the media and the child protection agencies — it is arguable that there would have been a less squeamish attitude toward the shibboleths of multiculturalism. British Pakistanis may be held back by racism and poverty, but by cleaving so firmly to outmoded prejudices and fearing so much of the mainstream culture that swirls around them, they segregate themselves.

Yes, the Brishits need to accept the Baki with more open arms (and behinds) than they already do. This will greatly help Bakis integrate into Brishitland and make Brishitland into Bakistan.

We must therefore encourage Brishit liberalism and their open arms (and open behind) approach, even if that causes them to rake up Cashmere once in a while.

Guys, question. But first since this is about Jaswant SinghJi, any news on how he is doing? Reason I ask is because a few weeks ago, I read that he fell down and was in a coma. No news after that.

Anyway, I was watching one of Arnab's hyperventilating shows about TSP using Hafeez pig to thumb its nose at India. And the Paki on his show was giving rave reviews about Jassu bhai's book on "India at risk". When Arnab asked why TSP was using Hafeez pig, he said all "South Asians" should read Jassu Bhai's book. Anybody read "India at Risk"? I have the book, but haven't had the time to read it just yet. If a Paki is praising it, it means it must be some WKK stuff. Recall, Jassu bhai of late has turned a peace-nick.

India need to Release Water so it can Reach Islamabad Via POk

Floood analysis 2014: A Paki Syapa
By Paki Khaki
Here are some astonishing statistics.
On 4 September 2014, the inflow at Mangla was 95,000 against a discharge of 30,000 cusecs. Inflow of Chenab at Marala had reached 137,000 cusecs. Mangla was being filled while Chenab was registering a low flood. On 5 September 2014, Mangla continued to be filled by an exceptionally high inflow of 310,000 cusecs with a discharge of 15,000 cusecs. Someone in Pakistan’s water management system was not monitoring Rivers Jhelum and Neelam in Azad Kashmir. Had they done so, discharge at Mangla would have commenced earlier enabling water from Head Rasul to reach Trimmu before the water from Marala, Khanki and Qadirabad reached there. Meanwhile, Chenab at Marala had reached exceptionally high levels of 485,000 cusecs. It never dawned on IRSA that any later discharge of water from Mangla would complicate the flood situation at Trimmu Barrage and downstream.
On 6 September, IRSA released 282, 000 cusecs from Mangla against an inflow of 413,000 cusecs. The gates at Khanki and Qadirabad on Chenab were not fully opened, registering a surge of over 650,000 cusecs. Had these gates been opened on 5 September, the separate surges at Jhelum and Chenab would have successively passed Trimmu, reducing flooding. The delay in alternatively opening gates at Head Rasul and Khanki-Qadirabad meant unprecedented disaster if two surges at Trimmu combined after 7th September.By 7th September, the flood surge at Jhelum had reduced and Mangla was full to capacity. By 9th September the inflow of Chenab at Marala was down to 85, 000 cusecs. A huge mass of water equivalent to two or more Mangla Dams was trapped between manmade and man regulated structures from Head Rasul and Khanki-Qadirabad to Trimmu. This was to wreak havoc downstream. Through human manipulation/ error, an avoidable flood situation was created upstream of Trimmu on Jhelum and Chenab. Incidentally, the IRSA Daily Water Situation Report has no columns for Khanki, Qadirabad and Trimmu, an omission that may have led to their miscalculations. Yet, had IRSA and WAPDA paid heed to Daily Flood Situation Reports of Federal Flood Commission and Flood Forecasting Division, the calamity was avoidable, limiting damage. There was ample information that was not acted upon. But what about Pakistan’s flood management?First, IRSA preoccupied by the pressures to appropriate water to provinces was more inclined to fill the Mangla Reservoir despite flood warnings in August and September. When it did release 282,000 cusecs of water at 6 am on 6th September, it did not take notice of the exceptionally high flood of over 480,000 cusecs at Marala and downstream at Khanki/ Qadirabad (over 600,000 cusecs). Had the water been incrementally released between 4th and 5th September, a massive surge at Trimmu could have been avoided.Secondly, it is strange why the management failed to open the flood gates at Marala till 5th September and why the gates at Khanki and Trimmu were kept in regulation and not flooding mode as late as 7th September?Who will now take responsibility for storing an unprecedented volume of water (more than two Mangla Dams) from Rivers Jhelum and Chenab at Rasul Headwork, Khanki and Qadirabad and then releasing it to simultaneously threaten Trimmu and the flood protection bunds along with it?Why are the Federal Minister for Water and Power, and the Prime Minister terming the floods as “beyond expert assessments,” when data released by monitoring and forecasting organisations point towards human factors? Why is the Indus Water Commission with co-chairs from Pakistan and India dodging the issue of flooding and why are India and Pakistan preparing to take a joint stance on the issue? There is certainly more to bite than one can chew. The damage to infrastructure, agriculture, human lives and populations is beyond imagination. In the final analysis, most of it was man made and avoidable. Who will take responsibility for it?

Legislators in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan wake up to the fact that Sweeter than Honey China is using the economically exploitative behaviour perfected by them i.e.: China for use on small, weak and basket case African Countries and is gypping the Islamic Republic  :
In a meeting of the Senate Standing Committee on Water and Power chaired by Senator Zahid Khan here on Tuesday, member of the committee Mohsin Leghari expressed surprise that the government would pay a 20% to 50% return on 200 to 1,000-megawatt power projects, which would be developed with the assistance of China.

“Chinese power companies will get back all their investment in energy projects in four years,” he remarked and underlined the need for disclosing the proposed terms and conditions of Pakistan-China energy projects.

He also suggested that officials of the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (Nepra), who had decided the tariffs, should be summoned and asked to explain their positions.

“Initially, the rate of return for Chinese investors was set at 17%, but it has now been increased to 27%,” Leghari claimed.

I am the agree with author. He is the right : we should do everything to spoil the progress of India. If the Japan is the give any help to India we should be declare the jehad against Japanese in Pakistan and attack all Japanese industry in Pakistan. Also we can export the polio. Inshallah. One small vial of polio virus in the handbag of a nice Pakistani diplomat to Tokyo with new cases of polio on Japan will convince Japanese that siding with India is a bad idea. We are the extreme danger peoples with atam bums and polio. World is afraid of Pakistan, mashallah.
No further comment possible.

What's the logic behind helping the Pakis?
AFAIK we are acting as middle men in this arrangement where in we import Gulf LNG, re-gasify it and sell it to pak via a pipeline.
at a lesser cost!!

‘Signing emergency order as COAS was Musharraf’s mistake’
ISLAMABAD: The head of the team that investigated the high treason charges against retired General Pervez Musharraf, on Tuesday, admitted before a special court that in his capacity as president, he could constitutionally impose a state of emergency. But he maintained that the November 3, 2007 proclamation he issued as chief of army staff was unconstitutional.
Yawn.. so called azadi march is still going on, badmash is still trying to nail Musharraf, Pak army still in Rawalpindi after 1 month.

Is he living in Dostum container?

I've noticed that. I think it seriously is a case of every Pakistani being being essentially a resentful upstart who imagines his ancestors were Turkish or Iranian or Arab royalty, and who never fails to exaggerate his position, by word or deed. Look at the underlying themes of their public discourse, from their cricketers to faujis to their chief justices. Posturing, flatulent comic Nawabs, the lot of them.

Pakistan too is a victim of the inability of it's police to apprehend scofflaws. India should be more understanding and not ask for arresting Hafeez Pig, Dawood Ibrahim etc. as their arrest could aggravate the law and order situation in Pakistan.
