yamirb - there is a miscellaneous questions thread on which you should have posted these questions. There is no guarantee that any of the topics you have mentioned will survive on this forum.
Before you speak of "being on the same side" you have to show that you understand what it means to be on "this side" on BR. That comes from lurking, and understanding what sorts of posts get locked or deleted.
No more of this off topic dicussion here please.
