Would a Delhi BR meet be feasible?

A person known to me (via a contact from a prominent former BR stalwart) who is interested in nuclear exchange scenarios in the Indian subcontinent will be in Delhi for 2-3 weeks starting tomorrow.

If anyone wants to discuss this subject with him please leave an email message for me on bennedose at hotmail dot com

Please also leave a message here - because i don't check that email id too often. I will then copy a reply email to the responder and the person in question so you guys can hook up in Delhi.

He says he would love to meet a group of people who are interested if that is feasible.

I think he wants views and opinions - esp relating to wars, nukes and the Kargil crisis. i.e. - you might have to have some gyan - OK at least opinions I guess.
