well , it wont affect performance ( marine environs corrode naked metal parts) but paints the attitude !!.....and US C-130 , they have hell lot ob platforms to paint..!!

PS:- may be the sole supplier ob this paints r ruskis or quality is so good that it disappears after each sorties !!

That looks like a Mi 17 IV which fires 80 mm rockets in Salvo. The Mi 17 and Mi 8 fired 57 mm rockets.

^^ Not Tavors but Indian Made Zittaras I think. They have been issued to CoBra a year ago or so.

However on IDF i remember reading from a poster who's relative serves with the CoBra that while they have been issued the Zittara's and other expensive Gear but Commanders rarely allow units to use them for active operations incase they get damaged. As if they do the Soldier/unit bares the replacement cost or some other baboodum like that. So Cobra units are now relegated to using the new gear for Facebook Photo ops onlee.

2015 RD rehearsal - this one stands out. Wonder who decided to bring out the goose step with leather knee boots with the US Pres as chief guest? Indian marches are quite impressive and the goose step and hezbollah-like march don't gel with the traditional march.
