It appears swap might form the govt with outside congress support in Delhi. This will be first govt. In India solely formed on single point agenda of anti-corruption with the support of middle-class and youth. Interesting times ahead..

yes, but being best CM doesn't necessarily mean you can protect your vote bank.

If that was the case then BEST of them all Shri Khanduri in Uttarakhand should have won!!!

So in Yindia politics is still not all about being best.
