In the state of Virginia in US. One of the school districts had a horrific situation where a biological male claiming to be a trans assaulted female students in the girls toilet. The incident got covered up and the student transferred to another school.

No legal action was taken against him.

The IOC during Tokyo Olympics had taken this to a different level.

By permitting trans men to compete with biological women and permitting their testosterone levels to be 10 times higher than the permitted testosterone level for biological women.

Post Olympics they have decided to conduct more studies on the topic.

Rachel McKinnon and Fallon Fox are well known examples of biological male transiting to women and beating up biological women.

Quite often I wonder what is the percentage of LGBTQ amongst other mammals.

Interms of evolution, the genetic propensity of developing into LGBTQ should be identical amongst other mammals. Or amongst members of the animal kingdom which have both males and females.

now we can stop wondering as to why the amerikis kicked off the AIDS epidemic all by themselves.

just because some LGBTQ has an african toothache, doesn't mean it has to act on the impulse.

especially when their inbred society has so much of desert cult emphasis on individual rights rather than on responsibilities. There is no concept of the need to giving back, social sustainability, societal harmony, or even the need for stability of the family unit. Their futile quest is to discover themselves through some idiotic notion of self expression rather than benefit by introspection and restraint

Individuals are disconnected and families are disjointed leading to insecurity and distrust that in many cases, leads to loss of identity resulting in a social form of PTSD brought about by dysfunctional communities and nonexisting support systems

sometimes membership in violent gangs are a way to seek camaraderie and foster comradeship and mitigate the sense of not belonging

n July 2020, Bari Weiss quit the Times with a blistering resignation letter. ‘Twitter is not on the masthead of the New York Times. But Twitter has become its ultimate editor,’ Weiss wrote. ‘Stories are chosen and told in a way to satisfy the narrowest of audiences, rather than to allow a curious public to read about the world and then draw their own conclusions.’ After describing the vicious bullying she’d faced from colleagues, Weiss concluded, ‘Nowadays, standing up for principle at the paper does not win plaudits. It puts a target on your back.’

Stories like this seem to attract an unlimited audience in the way stories of crime once did for Joseph Pulitzer’s papers. That’s because articles that offend the woke person are crime stories for the affluent: stories of people just like themselves who commit crimes of thought or speech, and lose everything when they fall on the wrong side of the reigning orthodoxy. As the Twitter mob pursues small infractions as avidly as it does large ones, and as the etiquette keeps shifting, who dares trust their own ability to judge right from wrong?

It’s how you know we’re in a moral panic: only the mob has the right to judge you. And too many journalists have ceded them that right. Indeed, a huge number of the mob are journalists — journalists from the most important newspapers in the country and the world, all tweeting the exact same meaningless sentence repeatedly. People who had been hired to think for themselves now mindlessly repeat a dogma like their jobs depended on it

No foreign funds for NGOs if purpose not declared: Supreme Court

No foreign funds for NGOs if purpose not declared: Supreme Court

Amit Anand Choudhary
TNN, Nov 10, 2021,

NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Tuesday said NGOs should not be allowed to receive foreign funds if the donor did not declare the purpose for which the money is to be spent and said the Centre has diluted the intent of Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) by not insisting on such a provision.

A bench of Justices A M Khanwilkar, Dinesh Maheshwari and C T Ravikumar said as per Section 8 of the Act, disclosure has to be made at the outset regarding the purpose for which a contribution has been made and asked the Centre to make its stand clear on the issue.

Section 8 says every person who is registered and granted a certificate or given prior permission under the Act and receives any foreign contribution, shall utilise such contribution for the purposes for which the contribution has been received.

Referring to the section, the bench said the purpose of the contribution has to be disclosed and only then would inflow of funds be allowed. Solicitor general Tushar Mehta contended that an NGO can use the fund for activities for which they are registered which could be social, cultural, religious purposes.

But the bench said that even in cases where an NGO is registered to carry out various activities, the organisation is bound to spend foreign contributions only for the purpose for which money was transferred. It said that in such cases an NGO has to maintain separate accounts for carrying out different activities.

“You are diluting the whole proceedings and intent of the Act. Disclosure has to be made by the donor at the outset regarding for what purpose the contribution is being made.Purpose of the contribution has to be disclosed only then inflow should be allowed. It is another matter that you are not following it. We need a clear stand of the governemnt on the issue,” the bench told the solicitor general.

While justifying Centre’s decision to amend the Act to regulate foreign contribution to NGOs, Mehta contended this was to stop NGOs from making chain-transfers of foreign funds a business. He said that there are Intelligence Bureau inputs on NGOs misusing the funds and and they cannot claim to have a fundamental right to receive funds from abroad. However, while the Centre too sought higher accountability of funds, the court called for the donor to also state purpose.

Launch of 'Samajwadi Perfume' ...

22 products, fragrance from Kannauj: SP’s ‘scent of socialism’ for UP polls that will ‘end hate’
Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav Tuesday launched his party’s perfume and termed it the “scent of socialism”.

Bottled in red and green bottles, the party said the special perfume is made out of 22 natural products, and is part of its poll efforts ahead of the 2022 assembly elections in the state.

An SP functionary, who did not want to be named, said the perfume is not for sale but will be distributed to workers and the public at the party’s rallies and other events. Around 1 lakh bottles have been prepared as of now, the functionary said.

The party claims it has deliberately chosen to manufacture the perfume with 22 natural ingredients as a result of the elections. “When people use it, they will smell socialism in it. This perfume will also end hate in 2022,” said SP MLC Pammi Jain, who was in-charge for the product.

The perfume bottle is in the party’s colours of red and green, and also sports the SP symbol of the bicycle.

I think the Samajwadi janta would have preferred a different type of alcoholic preparation...

this is way to convert election funding through chanda/donations (Which are not required to be notified if within a certain threshold) into legitimate profit (SP would need to buy these bottles/perfume in bulk from from M strongman) - there by sharing the profits.
this is not your usual election gimmick - its a way to transform donation money to self money.

when in doubt, just follow the money.

The perfumes in Saudi Barbaria were imported from India. Long before biblical times and even before Roman times. Check out Frankincense and Myrh. There are several Frankincenses, but the largest came from B. Serrata which is extensive (at one time) in much of the Indian sub-continent. Check out the 3 gifts to bejesus. One of them being gold. The other two are Frankincense and Myrrh.

Due to the paucity of water in S. Barbaria and surrounding regions (all the way to Egypt or Babylonia), it was ordained that the bathing is Friday-to-Friday. Saves water. However, this creates other olfactory issues.

The science of perfumes was first articulated in text by Varahamira in 5th century AD. And just like all sciences went to Europe via Saudi Arabia from India via trade, so the science of perfume making.

Of course, the need to solve olfactory issues due to friday-to-friday ordinance in the book found a ready made solution and captive population in perfume making. And hence post Mughals, the entire trade became dominated by a particular community.

Simple
No bathing
Either lack of water or too cold water.
Medieval Europe: the dictum was only two baths in a lifetime : Baptism and before burial
Roman and Greeks and Egyptians or Mesopotamia had totally different habits.
The germanic tribes which poured out of the Black forest and cold north had different view on bathing and personal hygiene
And same goes for the Desert tribes and the Mongol hoards
How will you cover the stink of life-time except with perfume :rotfl:

This Friday noon goondagardi is going to come under severe duress over the next 5-10 years as crowd control robots and drones proliferate. The jihadi terrorist and the wannabe-jihadi stone pelter is always going to be energy deficient compared to these robots

^ It is the 'Will' (by the Government) which needs to be there at the back supporting the weapon (Police/Agencies) at the front.. if that was present then even today a few well aimed shots would have sent the rioters running back. See the videos for the difference in police action against different communities in the same city and you will get a sense of it.

In the coming decades the demographics are going to be further tilted and the government/agencies will be under more pressure to go easy ('to maintain harmony'). What is the guarantee that the Drones/Robots will be used then?
