That is actually a requirement of Pakistan constitution. An article there says that anybody who is not ‘Sadiq and Ameen’ (honest, truthful, trustworthy blah vla) can't serve in Parliament.Rsatchi wrote:https://youtu.be/JdTJIUMPX5A

While pre-Ayub Prime Ministers were dismissed by the Governor Generals, the post-Ayub Prime Ministers were dismissed for incurring the displeasure of the Army or for not being ‘Sadiq and Ameen’ (that is honest and righteous).Rsatchi wrote:https://youtu.be/JdTJIUMPX5A

Not sure which way the Army/ISI is on as PML-Q and MQM groups were used by the Army to shore up support for Imran to get past the half way mark when he came to power 3.5 years ago.
niazi was nor the greatest supporter of the cheenis and their CPEC scam when he first came on board and his animosity towards the hans continued for a long time.Vips wrote:Army's differences with Imran are way past just Buzder. Dimran has shown to much of an independent streak which Army does not like. He has rubbed Bajwa the wrong way. It will be interesting to see what diktat Army gives to the MQM and the Baloch group. News is that Cheema one of the PML-Q MNA is not in the mood to support Dimran and has resigned even after Elahi's name was given as the CM of Punjab.
Want to see Lampost in action. Nothing less will do.
very soon, Modi, Hindutwa, and the RSS will get dragged in willy nilly.Anujan wrote:In other comedy news

Pakistan's relevant authorities have seen no evidence yet that there is an international conspiracy to topple Prime Minister Imran Khan through a vote of no-confidence motion moved by the opposition parties, two sources who deal with the subject have told The Express Tribune.
Wonder which department that is?One source, whose department deals with external threats, said if there had been an imminent threat, certain actions would have been taken by now.
Someone says Dimran is not Sadiq or Ameen Wonder who that is?The prime minister, under oath, is not allowed to divulge details in public that have been shared with him as the country's chief executive. Some say his effort to raise the issue in public is tantamount to violating his oath of office.
am not so sure, the inflection point for TSP was reached when CPEC was signed. Immy was against CPEC and slowed it down. anyone expediting CPEC will see the SL level ekanamy for TSP.Shaktimaan wrote:The media is reporting that Imran Khan is now almost sure to lose the No Confidence vote tomorrow, since the MQM has defected.
This is surely a Blow to Mudi™ moment, since Im the Dim has been so good for India so far. He has been running their economy into the ground, alienating their allies, and sat quietly while we abrogated Article 370.
