In Kejriwal's bail case I feel there was no application of a legal mind. The Hizzoners already had decided to release him, they just needed to record some reasons for the same. In fact ED had a more convincing case; 1. Kejri dodged summons around 9 times 2. ED followed all due process and it was after court orders that it proceeded to the arrest 3. There are statements (recorded by a magistrate under Sec 164 Cr. PC) which is against Kejri. 4. And last but not least; no fundamental right of Kejri is violated and letting him out will give similar ideas to others.

After seeing the analysis from reliable commentators, it seems Phayze 4 has gone really well for BJP and NDA.

I can agree that NDA has crossed majority in Phayze 4. BJP should be at about 235-240 by now and has a good chance of crossing 272 in Phayze 5.

There are only 49 seats polling in Phayze 5, but given the areas covered (southern BH, JH, central UP, western MH, central OD, and southeast WB) there should be 35-40 seat yield.

In WB, the battles will become stiffer as Phayzes 5-7 unfold, getting into the TMC "strongholds". So far MoMo seems to be on the losing end.
