That was a monstrous file. I downloaded it at home; realplayer worked fine for me. I was hoping to put some faces to the names but it was not to be. It is just an audio file, isn't it?

How about a quicke on Aug 22nd or 23rd? I have Sridhar saar's number. I will get in touch with him as soon as I arrive in India. I will send this proposal out to the Madras list that Sridhar/RR sent us.

The presentation that I made is a basic one on what constitutes National Security, its various dimensions. This was followed by a brief overview of the neighbourhood along those dimensions. Most of the slides were courtesy ramana and some my own. The presentation was made for a different context of promoting an awareness and better understanding of national issues to the wider lay audience. In this context, I have been talking and making this presentation to some interesting audiences.
