Can Indian Navy face Chinese Navy(PLA Navy).

Chinese Navy (PLA) is huge and easily outnumbers Indian Navy capabilities and range.
Nearly,
250,000 personel
58 submarines
77 principal surface combatants
84 amphibious warfare ships
~387 coastal warfare vessels
~31 mine warfare vessels
~370-480 landing craft
~150 auxiliary/support vessels
and also getting an Aircraft carrier with Su-33s.
dedicated satellites, Satellite killers.

Chinese Military spending is at atmost secrecy and is next to US, many times more than India.

Anything about their new and lesser known weapons & doctrines ?
Once you can tell us, we can then decide if IndianNavy can face chinese navy

Why IB4TL this ?

Why not bring out the best in each side and pit them against each other ?
I am sure we can bring out the facts rationally....

Indian Navy has a much deeper Spirit, set of ethics and tons more of acumen that the PLAN lacks because it is still young
:-)

Its not all about Sunburn vs Klub ... a lot more needs and can be discussed here...
First agree on a Theatre and limit the discussion on the army and air force to just the impact it will have on the naval battles

I do agree the name of the topic creator needs to be changed !!

@ fightingspirit : please share picture of latest nuclear submarines.
Do you think it can fire many missiles? How many do you think and how long would their range be?
Where all are they currently deployed?

I once read about a brave chinese naval officer by the name of BJ Cutie or BC Kutty, but able to recall now.
I think PLAN officers are very brave and strong
