Ditto this year

India celebrated its 63rd anniversary of independence from British rule with a vow to eradicate terrorism from its soil in the wake of last year's devastating militant attacks on Mumbai. India was strengthening its security to prevent assaults such as the carnage in the financial capital Mumbai last November in which 166 people were killed by Islamic gunmen last November, Singh said. India too is listed as a user in the link.
The AGS 17 is a much heavier and more Bada$$ wpn. It fires grenades fed into it from a box type attachment.

I have seen a thing like that on display at Aero India. I can't recall if it incorporates a laser ranger - but it certainly is a day/night scope IIRC.mahan wrote:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_jvBizdPCZc

Re: Miscellaneous Pictures - Indian Military
Jagan, Kancha:
This is a great pic, of course ... but I have a vague memory of having seen a version of this board, that included at the bottom, below the words "Bash On Regardless", the line in smaller letters, "Hands in pockets, and think of Sam" - a reference, supposedly, to one of the Field Marshal's speeches to the troops before the balloon went up, in which he basically told them to always remember, while on Bangladeshi soil, that Indian women were the most beautiful in the world, so not to even look sideways at Bangladeshi women. Do you remember seeing that version?
Regards
Sree
