At least she will give a fight. and if not this election, she will create enough awareness and win for next elections.

Arima ji,

owasi has a hold only in some urban areas

He has no purchase in the rural areas where it's mostly the beardo mullahs who rule the roost in their domains

but supermarket hyd is a gold mine of plunderable resources that he is forced to share with the "other" local "family"

the razakaars have been driven onto the back foot, given how the BJP has taken to projecting the "hyd liberation day", in all its gory technicolor details, and owasi is livid at the long hidden truths, hitherto so artfully whitewashed by the congis, now coming out and being aired in the full glare of the sunlight, especially the specific role played by his own ancestral family in the genocide of the Hindus before and during the liberation

nits ji,

if soreass and his gutter born scum think that they are the ones who are fighting fair and they wish to precipitate a regime change, by hook or by crook ...

then, this is the correct response

you need to fight fire with fire and forget the venomously "non violent" ghandhy and his britshit loving tactics that kept us in colonial chains for the extra 10 - 20 odd years

his life of luxurious poverty continued while the common Indian was condemned to a life of famine, needless violence and continued socioeconomic deprivation

A response has to be made such that that every single gora sees what is happening and why

BTW, the congress account freeze saga is a lie that you are also guilty of propagating

there is a lien on their account and not a freeze

and the courts are seized of this matter and it is now entirely in the legal domain

BJP Asks Anti-Modi I.N.D.I.A, ‘Dulha Kaun Hai?’ In Viral Ad Before Lok Sabha Elections| Watch Why

video is 4:14 minutes long

With days to go for the Lok Sabha, the BJP has come out with a hilarious campaign against the I.N.D.I.A bloc.

Why did BJP indirectly ask the anti-Modi alliance, ‘dulha kaun hai’?

How do you know that the INC didn't engeneer the situation to generate exactly the same comments?

Remember that the opposition has been harping on the situation in India being an undeclared emergency.

What could be better evidence of this undeclared emergency, than to have the bank account of a particular party frozen right before the elections. Or how the chief minister, who has projected himself as a competitor to Modi. Just gets arrested right before the elections.

It's pretty much the same playbook these people have followed with Putin.

All this is designed to cast aspersions on the independence of various Indian agencies and discredit them. Starting right from the EC, to the Judiciary and the investigation agencies.

It's very sophisticated operation. But is hamstrung by the stupidity of both AAP and Congress.

All this business of accounts Freeze is a "Red Herring" and distraction used by INC/DeepState/US State Dept/China. The I.N.D.I.A bloc is endowed with hidden cash buckets, Drugs Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) is sitting on least 100,000 crores of cash. There are many instances/stories of cupboards/puja rooms/beds/fake walls in politicos with hidden stashes. Not only these stashes but many videshi nations incl China, US, Germany, UK, France, etc are going to pump in their CIA/NSA/MI5/Deep State with Trillions monies into the mix. All of this money will be at play during election time, dirty tricks galore, handing of sarees/tiffin boxes with gold/silver ornaments, each vote bought of at high price. Nothing will be impeding these crooks. But in the end, they will lose their shirts and pants.

I take this to mean that Congress is forced to maintain a minimum balance of Rs 125 crores; or rather, the bank is holding Rs 125 crores of Congress money that the Congress cannot touch for now.

Madhavi Lata comes out as a stormy pestrel. I think she will be encouraged just enough to cause some heartburns to Owaisi. The Owaisis have a strong core base that sends 7 legislative seats and 1 LS seat in Hyderabad.

Not all of the malsi voters support AIMIM. There were inroads done by CONgoons earlier and TDP later. Right now the malsi vote might shift to AIMIM in Hyderabad along with the CONgoon support. Still it will be good to use Madhavi Latas to create some rancour. Owaisi and his ilk has been ignored by national media for long and what's the loss in using Madhavi Lata against Owaisi? After couple of tries she will fade. But by then she would have created enough heartburn for the Owaisis.

Sans outside support (from Gulf and Bakistan), AIMIM itself is staring at a wall. The younger brother is a dud. He was attacked in broad daylight and almost met his 72 bearded jehadi brethrens. Too bad, he deserved the 72.

https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/cit ... 623483.cms

The rest of AIMIM is goonda-mullah party with some support in erstwhile Nizam areas in Telangana and Mah and Karnataka.

Whenever AIMIM tries to grow, it cuts into the malsi votebank, particularly in North. So best is to try to put Owaisi's type in political liquid oxygen. Liquid usse jine nahi dega. Oxygen usse marne nahi denga.

How is the election free and fair if CONgoons are allowed to use ill-gotten wealth to fight elections?

The man behind all the questions asked related to Kejriwal's arrest in the US, UN, etc., is Mushfiqul Fazal, a Bangladeshi citizen! Also, he is very close to Raja Babu.

It's surprising that the Gandhi family let Kejriwal use their ecosystem to undermine India. But not entirely surprising; they are known to go to extreme lengths to defame India.

It can’t be that some political leader or party would engage in blatant corruption, evade taxes, etc., but automatically get an exemption from law enforcement by shouting that they are against Modi.

The cases against AAPiyas and INC have been in process for a very long time, it is not as if BJP & Modi decided, ok elections are near, so let’s start these cases. Kejriwal, Kavitha, INC all happily refused to cooperate with the investigations for months & years, knowing that the agencies’ process will run out around election time.

If the calculation is flawed. The party can always get relief from the judiciary.

2nd based on the comments of the party itself, they can make a payment of 20 percent of the amount in dispute, and carry on with the dispute resolution process.

these guys are used to gaming the system since before independence and had never ever intended to pay up. Too bad for them that they remained out of power due to their dipshit leadership

they lost their puncherwalla troubleshooter, fixer, and big game hunter who was remarkably adept at using political traps, ideological poisons, and honey pots, and without his "contacts", underhand machinations and dubious dealings, they seem to be up the proverbial creek without a paddle

news is that his family has latched on to a very major chunk of the moolah, and are demanding parliamentary seats for themselves, apart from iron clad guarantees.

mamamia is too scared to proceed against them, fearing all the muck that would be raked up publicly

sheila didi in dilli was similarly shafted by her jihadi son in law and lost a lifetimes' worth of "accumulation" She had foolishly trusted him and made him her "political agent" with free access to all her accounts and family matters

India has recently convinced the afghan taliban to invest in the chabahar port in iran.

Vitally, India has bypassed the pakis in her trade dealings with the afghans, and has effectively defanged the paki long standing blackmail tactics and efforts to control the Indian afghan two way access trade route that hitherto had little option but to go via the pakis jernails and their roads, using paki trucks

taliban govt is not recognised by eyeraan, and India has good relations with both eyeraan and the taliban.

The MEA has mediated and piloted this deal

India may build the rail and road linkages to afghanistan from chabahar, as required

It's no rocket science as to why suddenly the pakis are now desperate to revive "trade ties" with "big brother" India

Taliban set sights on Iranian port for access to international markets

  • Taliban announced in February $35m investment in Chabahar port

  • Trade via Chabahar would decrease Afghanistan’s reliance on Pakistan’s Karachi

KABUL: Landlocked Afghanistan is setting its sights on the Iranian port of Chabahar for access to international markets, giving up on another neighbor, Pakistan, as its main trade route.

The Taliban administration in Kabul announced in late February a $35 million investment in the southern Iranian port, which next to Pakistan’s Gwadar and Karachi is for Afghanistan the closest access point to the Indian Ocean.

The Taliban administration’s interest in Chabahar comes amid tensions with Pakistani authorities. The administration in Kabul has been accusing Pakistan of granting access to its port of Karachi as a political leverage.

“Most of our exports and imports were previously through Karachi port. Depending on a country that has been heavily involved in Afghanistan’s affairs in such a critical area was not the right thing for Afghanistan, particularly that the economy of the other country is closely tied with politics,” a close aide of Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund, the deputy prime minister for economic affairs, told Arab News.

Relying on Karachi has also become more costly, due to various duties slapped on Afghan traders by Pakistani authorities. The turn to Chabahar would also reshape Afghanistan’s economic relations in the region, as India — Pakistan’s arch-rival — is one of the main investors in the port’s development.

“Pakistan increased the taxes on export, frequently delayed Afghan traders’ goods in the entry points, and regularly imposed fines on Afghan traders causing damage to their business,” Shafiqullah Elhami, former economic adviser to the Afghan presidential office, said.

1. Do political parties get tax exemption? If so, how much?

Under Section 13A of the Income Tax Act, political parties are exempt from paying Income Tax but are
required to file their Income Tax returns annually to the Income Tax Department. They enjoy 100% tax
exemption from all sources of income.

2. Under what Act do the Political Parties enjoy tax exemption?

Political parties registered with the Election Commission of India are exempt from paying Income Tax under
Section 13A of Income Tax Act, 1961 as long as the political parties file their Income Tax Returns every
Assessment Year along with their audited accounts, Income/ Expenditure details and balance sheet.

There is a proviso to Sec 13A as follows:

“Provided further that if the treasurer of such political party or any other person authorised by that political
party in this behalf fails to submit a report under subsection (3) of section 29C of the Representation of the
People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951) for a financial year, no exemption under this section shall be available for that
political party for such financial year.”

3. Under what section do the political parties have to file their income tax returns and how often?

Similar to the Income Tax Returns (ITR) filed by individual tax payers in India, registered political parties too
have to file their Income Tax Returns every year. According to Section 139 (4B), returns of a political party is
required to be filed of a particular financial year, audited and submitted by the 30th of September.

Therefore, if Congress lost its tax exemptions for so many years, what were they doing?

Aha, this must be it:

At present, political parties are not required to reveal the names of individuals or organisations who donate less than Rs 20,000 or those who donate via Electoral Bonds.

As per Section 29C of the RPA, political parties are required to give the EC details (such as name, address, PAN number, mode of payment and date of donation) of donors contributing Rs 20,000 and above. This is called the Contribution Report and the treasurer of a political party or any other authorised person shall prepare the report on the party's behalf each financial year.

According to the rules, the Contribution Report has to be made available with the EC annually as prescribed under Section 29C of the RPA in Form 24A. If the parties do not submit an annual report of donations received above Rs 20,000, they would not be eligible for tax relief under Section 29C of the RPA.

Electoral bonds would have been exempt from the Contribution Report, I suppose. Also, I don't know why it is so difficult to report that "the IT department alleges that Congress did not correctly report donations above Rs 20,000 and hence ruled that the party lost its tax exemption for the year". Why does one have to wade through tons of material for this simple one line statement?

Sorry, third in a row, but in India, donations to a political party registered with the Election Commission are eligible for deductions from income tax.

https://tax2win.in/guide/section-80ggc

"Section 80GGC specifies the deduction under the Income Tax Act that is allowed from the total gross income of specified assessees for contributions to a political party or an electoral trust. This entire amount is eligible for tax deduction provided that it is not deposited in cash or any other kind but rather by other means. Political parties must be registered under section 29A of the Representation of the People Act, 1951."

"Any person can claim section 80GGC except any company, local authority, or artificial juridical persons whom the government wholly or partly funds. The following groups are specified under Section 80GGC to make the political contribution- an individual, a Hindu Undivided Family (HUF), a firm, an AOP or BOI, and an Artificial Juridical Person that is not wholly or partly funded by the government.

The tax deduction benefits can also be availed by donating to multiple political parties rather than only one."

---
And if above Rs 20,000 (and not in electoral bonds) the donor's name would be with the Election Commission. There is either a whole lot of underhanded dealings or a lot of fear around giving to political parties openly; the income tax deduction is a positive incentive.

Also look at the cost to a political party of not following the rules. An IT raid on any of its secret donors may lay the party open to trouble with the IT department if the IT raid finds evidence of such a donation at the donor's end.

this guy is important and BRF folks may consider following him seriously.
He has inside information with incisive analysis, mostly on spot.
He is saying Kejriwal has been arrested cos he was planning to disrupt Indian elections with foreign forces
And SC is hand in glove at some level with them

IndraD ji,

some narratives say that khujli has moved the black money into bitcoin, and, on the quiet, also bought gold and properties abroad.

the contours of this regime change efforts are very slowly coming into focus, even as many analyses come in with nuggets and other bits and pieces, but his treacherous collaborators and perfidious fellow conspirators in India are still hidden.

chadda, who has stayed back in lundun has a role in all this. chadda's wife, who has since returned to India, may be actively looking to the BJP to negotiate safe passage for chadda and also some sort of immunity to keep him out of tihar, otherwise chikna is sure to get cornholed by some sporty inmate(s) on his very first day in his new digs

the agencies have filed a chargesheet in the delhi jal board case, and chadda seems to be mixed up in the case. marlena may get dragged in because of the goa elections funding which was done with the money that was paid to khujli by the south lobby in the liquor scam case

The net is being cast very wide and they are looking for big fishes to reel in

and one is not sure if the hizzonners are batting or bowling and which team are they playing for is the million$ kweschun

The electoral bond issue was to have been the trigger. The Empire strikes back with a huge tax demand on the congis, asking them, among other things, to explain Rs 626 crore receipts received in cash, for which the congis have no explanation, and that seems to be the root cause of the dimwit dynast's political dysmenorrhea

the message from the UN, amrikis, and germans seems to be that soreass and the deep state(s) can precipitate all the mayhem that they want or can in India, but the Modi govt has to fight fair onlee

Congress gets tax notices for three more years, total I-T demand Rs 3,567 crore
On Friday, Congress had in a press conference said it had received notices for five years (Assessment Year 1994-95 and AYs 2017-18 to 2020-21) from the Income-Tax department, asking it to pay Rs 1,823 crore.

At this point barring some unforeseen events/complications it seems like 3-4 states will decide the overall outcome of the elections - Bihar, Maharashtra, West Bengal and Karnataka. Everywhere else either the NDA or INDI alliance (or someone else) are in a solid lead with the chance of a statewide close fight unlikely.

Out of these 4 KA is probably of the least concern to the BJP after getting JDS on board. Hopefully the arithmetic and vote-transfer works well there.

WB seems to be going not very different than in 2019 with some polls suggesting a similar outcome despite Sandeshkhali and anger against TMC because the anti-TMC votes will get divided amongst BJP, Cong and Commies. Would have been better for the BJP if the INDI alliance had actually fought together there but Mamata smartly avoided that.

In Bihar things should have been well and good after NiKu's latest flip back to NDA but his personal credibility must have taken a huge hit by now and I'm not sure if that will impact overall NDA seat tally, especially in seats which JDU is contesting. We can only hope NiKu's underperformance does not cause severe problems here.

Maharashtra is a royal mess and despite being from the state I will not venture to make any predictions. I have never seen MH politics being this complicated ever. Neither side is in a state they wish to be in. Individual ego's, disagreements, plots, and rumours galore all over the place. One good thing is it seems like BJP will contest a much larger number seats compared to Shinde Sena and NCP (Ajit Pawar). Might make things a bit simpler for the voters who will themselves be confused.

Andhra Pradesh is an honorable mention in this list though I have very little confidence in Chandrababu Naidu to produce something there and actually deliver a significant number of seats and thereafter actually stay in the NDA for five years to make those seats useful.

AP is yet to settle down. TDP, Jana Sena, and BJP workers hate each other. So the alliance will be very hard on the ground. Vote transfer is highly uncertain. I fear Jana Sena and BJP people may even vote for the Jagan gang just out of hate towards TDP/Chandra Babu Naidu.
