It's not quite that simple. The political party BJP cannot interfere with the process. Sure, the finance minister can direct the revenue department to pursue the case, but then onwards the ED has to prepare a strong case and be able to win it. And with PMLA the judiciary has to involved at early stage.

Last two years, the ED and CBI have been more effective in their work.

Anyway, on the bright side - its a great day for Kejriwal ! He gets to enjoy all the same benefits that he was giving the Delhi aam aadmi (and more)....free water, power, food, accommodation, healthcare...plus no work pressure. His colleagues Sisodia, Jain, S Singh et al have been enjoying these for weeks and months now, why shouldn't the kattar imandaar CM enjoy it too ?
