ADA and IAF should concentrate more on MK2 version. They should select new engine at the earliest and should also they should consider using Russian-RD33 engine along with Eurojet-2000 and GE-F414. but the stumbling block would be HAL's outdated production technique's which largely resemble's britis...

It is a total failure of GTRE & HAL.
Why they didn't reverse engineer license produced soviet and western engine's
They had good chance to do it like the path the Chinese have followed

We can seek help of Rolls Royce in sorting out kaveri engine problem.

At present it is heavily dependent on civil aviation sector and it is outbid in military engine sector thanks to american armtwisting .

why not to rope rolls royce and solve the kaveri engine problem
