The ATV is certainly based on Akula-2 or the newer SSN model. So the crew may be getting trained in russia but are you sure about the lease. The RuN is pretty desperate for new ships. I don't think the India N-sub deal has gone through. The Nerpa is still with RuN. I think ATV (Boomer and SSN version) will be India's first nuke sub.
