By training the cannister, it saves the seconds it takes a VL missile to align after launch. How will the cost be recovered. People have employment here, 1-2 percent for transaction fee to vendor is better than 50% money to corrupt contracts. I am asking about the surcharge which bank charges, not trying to get rid of merchant fees, with the number of transactions going upward using PoS/on...
