Eastern Air Command's exercise seems to be very extensive this year. For the past 5 days 2 Su 30 have been buzzing around over the skies of Imphal and today I saw a Phalcon in the skies. C 130 observed a couple of days back

What happens to the officers and other ranks not involved and innocent of any charge if the unit is disbanded. Are they to be absorbed/accomodated in other units or do they have to go as well.
