One thing we are not looking at is re-emergence of Russia from the ashes of the Soviet Union. Russia WILL fail, as they don't know how to build long lasting allies like the USA.... Unless something strikes Russia and they correct themselves in this areas... Otherwise Russia alone will succumb to US...
