I was disappointed to read the above news. The 'Astra' as it was envisaged according to my knowledge was going to have a max. speed and range much greater than mentioned in the news. something like mach3+ and range of 70 km. Mach 2.2 is quite insufficient relative to many of today's fighter aircraft...
