A small clarification please,

Since we started out by collecting money for buying Quick Clots to improve the odds of survival of our Jawans and Officers. Is the Army committed to using the money for the said purpose? Or, will the Army use it for purposes it feels is best use of the money?

feeling impatient to see the pics already!! This endeavor of ours has finally instilled in me a sense of being a stakeholder in our country's future, I was a cynic until now.
