I'm trying to gain around 15 kgs of muscle mass since I am grossly underweight for my height (5'8 and 52 kg). I'm a strict lacto-veggie so no flesh or eggs for me. So, is high fat intake (ghee) good for healthy weight gain ? I'm also planning add a lot of Soya beans (and dals in general) to my diet....

Incidentally, The earlier stages appear to have overperformed slightly and the 4th stage ignition was @ about T+1100 sec instead of planned T+1154.
