ABC News Los Angeles reporting that the siege at the Taj Hotel is now over....

I am only able to receive audio on Channel 18 and no video. I'm watching on the Internet in the US.

Is this becuase of transmission problems or is there a news blackout?

Thank goodness our government officials here in the US don't speculate as wildly as our journalists do.

I hope for a safe ending to all of this.

I woke up and TV still doesnt seem to have a clue other than just talk talk talk. Yes. After watching the online news I came to the same conclusion. I still can not figure out if hostages are freed or still captive. if assassinations of Mumbai Top cops was premiditated or just a coincidence. Regret...

Will the authorities try and use a hostage negotiator to end this, or, will they rely more on brute force, say with the military units that are on scene?
