I prefer sage that can be obtained from http://www.sagemath.org for experimentation with Discrete Math, Graphs, Combinatorics, Logic, Linear Algebra, and {Number Theory and Crypotgraphy}. Actually they do a lot of hand-waving ...but they claim that they are using mathematical ideas (like wavelet analysis, geographic profiling) for solving crime-related problems.
