The ARC has a 76? I thought they had that Gulfstream and B 737 (and now the PM's B737). Is this the detachment based at IGI? One can see a few 76's parked there always. I think they have 3 IL-76's. Couple of Gulfstreams, B707 (ex AI), one An-32. Not sure about the 737. ARC hangar is bang opposite P...

That's just a ploy by LM to continue the production line for F-22. Recently Obama administration had decided not to order the follow up numbers of f-22's.
As for the Cornyn statement, he has issued a statement that he meant China and not India.
