We ran into this issue two days ago. Lufthansa gave us boarding passes, but Chennai baggage people caught it. We had a connecting flight from Frankfurt to Munich before flying to US and no transit visa. Had to cancel the trip and rebook through Etihad. Expensive “lesson”

Just a nitpick. Stock non-turbo 1000cc motorcycle engines have been pushing well past 200bhp for a decade now. Turbo 1300cc engines have been making 300+bhp for 25+ years (specifically engines on Suzuki Hayabusa)

Yes. The residency requirement has been waived only for Indian passport holders. It will still take 20+ days for approval and ID allocation afaik.

Aadhar has residency requirements and afaik, does not depend on Indian citizenship. NRIs can get one without residency status.

That would be casting, while a press is a forged component. If the design calls for a pressed bulk head, casting will usually be bigger and heavier.
