Also IT will have access to the GSTN data and will cross verify. Sales turnover on IT form will have to match GSTN data.

i.e. One cannot claim higher VAT/ GST credit based on a higher sales but lowball the sales figures in the IT filing. That was common but not anymore.

Most already have dual nationality or have investments/residences abroad that allows them residency or have children who are settled abroad where they can move at a moments notice.

These folks already have everything setup abroad.

This along with a push for a greater Indian role in Afghanistan is part of pressure tactic to bring bakistan to heel. The question is if bakistan were to agree to some demand would the US still stick for the newly stated positions?
