We need to expand the road network in our cities dramatically.

No we don't! We need to concentrate on metro, bus lanes and move people to public transport. If every person in the coming years buys a car, there will be no life left in our cities.

Profit will usually mean getting economies of scale, which means labour laws have to be corrected to allow 100+ employees easily, which means the labour unions have to be convinced which requires political will.

What kind of soil is expected around the lunar South Pole? Loose sandy type? Given the frigid temperatures and possibility of water can the surface be icy?

From what I last read, I don't think its that icy. All water locked up in regolith.

Track capacity expansion is not translating to timely movement of trains just yet. There are regular reports @RailwaySeva of trains moving 3 hrs late. Operations needs real attention.

Congested cities -> Tax the sh!t out of car ownership -> move to rail based public transport. No other solution for our cities. I for one am glad the auto industry is sinking. The loss of jobs should be taken up by the rise of public transport and associated services and industries.
