BTW Mumbai Delhi doesn't' make sense, as Mumbai-Ah'bad is part of the Mumbai-Delhi line.

Chennai Bangalore HSR feasibility study is to be done by the Germans. IIRC, Delhi Chennai was being done by the Chinese. But we should stick with the Japanese and the Germans. Not sure if French can give us low interest loans now.

Amman, Jordan to Israeli air space is 45 sec in a fighter jet. All Israeli air bases are < 100 km from surrounding Arab air spaces and they had top of the line F-15s for decades in this scenario.

I don't think SC will mind if RMs are collected and placed in a camp near Myanmar border. Their only problem is deportation, I don't think SC will ask govt to provide them jobs etc. This way we can have better control over RMs' movements.

Not sure about MKI, but F-15E, a similar class of heavy fighter, can go 10 mins on full afterburner. Number should be similar for the MKI.
