Wouldn't govt and RBI be able to control private banks better than they can PSBs through acts and regulations? IMO, Having SBI as the only PSB is good enough. The rest can be privatized.

In Doklam, we had upper hand because of the logistics and terrain not because of our military superiority over cheen. A fact that they may be willing to exploit in an area far away from our shores in Maldives.

Isn't the delay because of engine delivery issues from Ukraine? initially I think suzuki imported the key parts of their car like gearbox and drive shaft and engine as our industry level at amby/premier padmini was too primitive to even supply parts , let alone cast them properly. over time all these items are now MII. same issue is in HSR which needs aerospace...
