In 62 they have attacked, won and occupied NE and than gave it back to India. The million dollar question is why would they attack, try to win and hold on to that area now when they didn't/couldn't do that In 62? Obviously it would be a lot more difficult for China to forcibly occupy Arunachal Prad...
