AFAIK Israeli army also uses standard Tavor as a marksman rifle..........with a bipod and ACOG sight

AK and Tavor are CQB weapons. Doesn't make sense carrying both. However, a squad marksman using an Insas based sniper and Tavor as secondary weapon does. Hence, my guesstimate. Oh got the point..............Does army uses squad marksman, on a regular basis.............or is it only limited to Paras?
