So let me rephrase: Russians are not offering us anything on the PAK/FA. It is rubbish compared to true 5G a/c that are flying today. I believe even the RuAF does not want them in quantity.

^^^True. That's why it's a conundrum. You can have millions in manpower equipped with Lee Enfield .303 or you can go the tech way and use drones and satellites etc or some combination of both. But if you have manpower because you need to create jobs, it's a no-win.
