I think Gupta was dupted.

Gupta was not provided consular access in which ever EU nation he was in. In fact, to the best of my knowledge, the Bharatiya embassy was not even informed of his detention.

I would suggest detain a US citizen (Khalistani) and bargain. Hard. Pannun has property in Bharat.
