Qatar just reported a 300+ rise in cases in one day, up from some ~25 a day earlier.

Flu is most prevalent in India during the cold season.

In monsoon, mosquito breeds better and hence diseases like dengue, malaria, chikungunya are common.

Rain water is responsible for washing away dirt and organic matter to the sewers. Covid19 is not transmitted by mosquitos.

There is not enough data to determine the exact incubation period of this virus. As per WHO, a vague estimate is 2-10 days. Some cases in Wuhan have shown as late as 15 days. Imo, the virus maybe staying dormant for the right time.
