I'm not sure that having a missile part proves our case. Having a missile part in possession is likely proof that a missile was 'involved' (fired, likely) and from an F-16. It isn't proof that an F-16 was brought down. AIM 120C parts show F16 was used that's all. And US has issued diplomatic papers...
