Saarjis, My father recently sold his house in Dehradun, and he wanted to know about avoiding the capital gains on it, he was wondering if he can put the whole money in a third flat and avoid it because at some places he found people saying that capital gains can be only avoided till second property....

From personal experience most kids who do actually want to do something different are put down by their parents in the name of India has too much competition, you don't have the option of working like Americans! You have to compete according to the system or perish!!

I recently noticed that Mig 21(the original one) and many other Russian planes of that era were almost like having tube shaped fuselage. Could anyone shed light on the thinking process behind it? Manish all jet engines are tubes. If you build a jet aircraft you have to accommodate a tube somewhere....

Well just a viewpoint but i think simulation is not good cause if you do a mistake over there you don't kill yourself, you even don't get hurt. So practising on the simulator most of the time might make that soldier way too aggressive and risk taking cause in his training whatever he did,he never go...
