Its pretty clear that Turkey has acted unilaterally to draw the red line for the Russians...Gentlemen...we are not seeing a nuclear war for downing a Rus bomber...however macho Putin may be he is lot more saner than the ISIS...Erdogan took this gamble actually trusting the sane response from the Rus...
