If had captured that Paki -Pig , our governement would be now be negotiating another IC 814 for his release. This is the way we should handle Paki's roaming in India.

I think the news has not been reported correctly. NSG can easily use the 90's technology Sniper rifles. They have also demonstrated usage of Sniper rifles in recent past too.
