Congrats ISRO. BTW, that Sadhu standing behind the scientists was Sadhguru - https://twitter.com/SadhguruJV/status/871702375450464256 Are you sure? That sadhu was clean shaven, both beard and head. Congratulations ISRO and Bharat. Proud moment. Looking forward to more such successes. Just one wish,...

Re: Google Lunar XPRIZE and Space 2.0 Discussion
I heard Rahul Narayan from Team Indus speak at a leadership program this weekend. He shared his journey and experiences. I found him to be very humble and inspiring. When one of the participants asked him about how ISRO treated him because he is technically a competitor for ISRO, He mentioned the fo...

Re: Indian Space Programme Discussion
Modi asked ISRO to extend the range of IRNSS to all of South Asia. But my understanding was that it already covers it - its stated objective being coverage of the Indian landmass and a range of at least 1000kms, and typically 1500+ kms around it. Or is that understanding incorrect? I had a discussi...

Got inspired from BRF and ran TCS 10K. This was my first event and finished in 65 minutes. I did a couple of 10K runs before the event in the stadium near my house to see if I could go the distance. I am planning to do a HM in another 6 months and would appreciate tips from BRFites on training for HM.

Voted in BLR Central (Rajajinagar). Middle Class folks (mixture of North Indians & Kannadigas) and majority of their votes are for Modi. Our area has been pro-BJP even during the worst of times. However, the congress booth was occupied mostly by people from nearby slum. Modi seems to have struck...

BLR South: Ananth Kumar might loose. There are lot of folks in BJP who want to see AK defeated. The father and son Congress MLAs of Govindrajnagar and Vijaynagar constituencies are solidly behind Nilekani. Congress MLA from Chickpet has been given a lot of money by NN and is supporting NN. Added to t...

What is Ananth kumar chances in south blr vs the sickular certified ? It is going to be a close fight. There are some active saboteurs within BJP against AKumar. AK seems to have pissed of a lot of his party folk. In fact, the ex-MLA of Chickpet (who owns a hospital) wanted to stand as an independe...

Singhaji, Classical Hatha yoga has practices called Angamardhana (Mastery of limbs) and Upa Yoga (Sub Yoga) which build strength and flexibility. They are different from Asanas (postures). It is sad and even dangerous that classical form of Hatha Yoga has been distorted and propagated based on whim...
