Re: India Border Watch: Security and Operations

I feel it is difficult to understand how a country can have 2 sets of responses for border incursions one for the western border and the other for the eastern border. I saw chinese incursion video at TOI those shameless lot are running into our side and our govt has clipped wings of our braves.. nob...

Gurus please enlighten me on below question of mine:

Q: If we modify a multi-barrel rocket launcher to a single barrel / twin barrel (Say mini Pinaka) for our mountain forces will it be lighter than the Arty Gun ? If yes what advantages Arty Gun will have over this new system ?

Re: China Military Watch - Jan 11, 2011

My gut feeling says there could be several skirmishes across the Indo-Tibetan border, followed by a big blame game on each other and then a universal call from India and China to come to table and resolve all pending issues. They will try to gain upper hand and come to table to settle issues in thei...

I remember China doing same thing with Japs in Senkaku, they never left or talked to China, aggresion was met with aggression. For Higher speeds in Boost Phase we can develop a Electromagnatic Firing Mechanism, It takes away lot of weight of Boost Stage and also reduces dimensions of a missile as well as provides unmatched boost speed later a SCRAM Jet can kick in to ensure a punishment within 20 min all across the globe. In continuation with my above post, Shiv sir & Raghuraj, why cannot the same concept be ground based. What I mean is that a air based craft carrying missile is anyway visible on enemy radar, thus they can see the concentration of the swarm and plan to evade it. To prevent that we may need to pu...

There is surely a demand of its canisterization, on this point lets hear from experts that what challenges canisterization brings. There must be a few things for integration like integration with the gas generators and testing on combined systems etc..

But for sure it looks as if not a big task.

If we tried A4 for a full stated range 3k KM (earlier news) which as per today's news was completed in 20 min only that comes to roughly Mach-8, is it normal for BMs to travel at this speed ?
